BACKSTORY: This brand was in a very solid position before working with us however their sales did start to decline towards the end of May 2022. They wanted to turn this around as they had a proven product but couldnt work out why sales declined so much.
WHAT WE DID: Originally they were just advertising on Meta and running things with outdated strategies. We updated the overall strategy and created an omni-channel strategy by implementing TikTok & Pinterest as well. We also added Upsells to increase their AOV and recovered lost customers using email marketing retention strategies.

WHAT WE DID: We recognised that they were lacking majorly in their creatives and weren‘t picking specific products to advertise, we picked their 3 bestsellers and created a full campaign plan around these. We switched to directly advertising to these products instead of sending traffic to collection pages. TikTok ads and high performing video content were the main driver of this success.

WHAT WE DID: We diversified the platforms and started to put more spend into TikTok, alongside this we invested into UGC. We made sure that all COGS were recognised due to the lower selling price of the products, this meant we could make an informed decision on whether something was working or not very quickly. One big thing we implemented was a post purchase upsell, this increased the AOV whilst ad spend remained the same so they were able to generate higher returns.
